Beneya Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at BENEYA2015@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Warranty

All Beneya products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear

3. How to Claim Warranty

Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect if requested.

Our team will guide you to either:

Repair the product

Replace the product

Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Note: Warranty service may require the original purchase receipt.
4. Shipping & Handling

For returns due to defects or incorrect items, Beneya will cover the return shipping cost.

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure the item reaches us safely.
