Beneya Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at BENEYA2015@GMAIL.COM  with your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


2. Warranty

  • All Beneya products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Normal wear and tear


3. How to Claim Warranty

  1. Contact customer service at BENEYA2015@GMAIL.COM with your order number, product model, and description of the issue.

  2. Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect if requested.

  3. Our team will guide you to either:

    • Repair the product

    • Replace the product

    • Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Note: Warranty service may require the original purchase receipt.


4. Shipping & Handling

  • For returns due to defects or incorrect items, Beneya will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure the item reaches us safely.
